Pear and Kale Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Pear Juice OR
    3/4 cup R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Apple Juice

  • 1/2 cup chopped ripe banana

  • 1 medium navel orange, peeled and sectioned

  • 1/8 teaspoon finely grated gingeroot

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped kale, heavy stems removed

DIRECTIONS

  • Step 1

    COMBINE juice, banana, orange, gingeroot, if desired, and kale in blender container. Cover and process until of desired consistency.

  • Step 2

    Enhance your smoothie with protein powder, ground flax seeds or sesame seeds.
