Pineapple Kale Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Pineapple Juice

  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple

  • 1 cup chopped unpeeled Fuji or Gala apple

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped kale, heavy stems removed

DIRECTIONS

  • Step 1

    COMBINE juice, pineapple, apple and kale in blender container. Cover and process until desired consistency is achieved.

  • Step 2

    Enhance your smoothie with protein powder, ground flax seeds or sesame seeds.
