Sofia’s Sweet Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 oz R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Just Tart Cherry juice

  • 3 oz Malk almond milk

  • 1 oz Maple Joe's maple syrup or agave

  • 1 Tbsp Cowboy Colostrum, or nutritional supplement of your choice

  • 1 Tbsp Natural Vitality magnesium powder

  • 8 oz Woodstock Foods frozen cherries

  • ½ cup diced pineapple

  • ½ cup avocado

  • Coconut cream, to taste

  • Pataya powder, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine tart cherry juice, almond milk, maple syrup, colostrum, magnesium, frozen cherries, avocado and pineapple in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Coat the bottom of your cup with a spoonful of coconut cream.

  4. Sprinkle pataya powder on top of the coconut.

  5. Pour smoothie into your cup. Top with a dollop of coconut cream and a sprinkle of pataya powder. Enjoy!
