Carrot-Apple Smoothie

A healthy fruit and veggie smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen until solid

  • 1 apple, cored and coarsely chopped

  • 3/4 cup R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Carrot Juice Blend

  • slice peeled fresh ginger

  • Ice cubes

  • 2 teaspoons Honey

DIRECTIONS

  • Step 1

    COMBINE banana, apple, carrot juice, ginger, ice cubes and honey, if desired, in blender container.

  • Step 2

    COVER and process until smooth, adding additional carrot juice or ice cubes, if necessary, to achieve desired consistency. Serve immediately.
