Frosty Pumpkin Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Apple Juice

  • 1/3 cup pure canned pumpkin

  • 1/2 cup milk or plain soy milk

  • 1/4 cup Honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1 cup crushed ice

  • 2 tablespoons raw hulled pumpkin seeds, chopped

  • fresh apple wedges

DIRECTIONS

  • Step 1

    BLEND juice, pumpkin, milk, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and crushed ice in blender until smooth. Pour into 2 to 3 glasses. Sprinkle a few pumpkin seeds on top of each if desired. Decorate rim of glass with apple wedge.
