Frosty Pumpkin Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Apple Juice
1/3 cup pure canned pumpkin
1/2 cup milk or plain soy milk
1/4 cup Honey
1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup crushed ice
2 tablespoons raw hulled pumpkin seeds, chopped
fresh apple wedges
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
BLEND juice, pumpkin, milk, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and crushed ice in blender until smooth. Pour into 2 to 3 glasses. Sprinkle a few pumpkin seeds on top of each if desired. Decorate rim of glass with apple wedge.
